Dark Chocolate Pokey Sticks
I have loved eating these but never did i think i could make them till i saw them on Instagram, thanks to @chopstickchronicles ... I have used 80Noir Ultra to create perfect go to snacks.. Light tasty and delicious.
Ingredients
- 150 g Plain flour
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 50 g Unsalted butter
- 3 tbs Milk
- 100 g dark chocolate
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180c.

Add all the dry ingredients into a food processor and pulse one or two times.

Add the chopped butter into the food processor and pulse two or three times until it turns into something like bread crumbs

Add the milk and pulse again.

Wrap the ball of dough with saran wrap and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Roll it out between a baking sheet and the wrap until it's about 8mm thick.

Cut off the excess dough to make a rectangle shape and cut it 8mm apart into thin sticks.

Bake it in the oven for 20 minutes.

Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler.

Dip each pocky stick and then set aside for the chocolate set.
