Chocolate & Nut energy bites
Quick and easy snack to make for your weekly snack time. Given to us my own of our resident Ambassadors these are perfect way to incorporate 80Noir Ultra for a bit of superfood greatness.
Makes 8
- 100g chopped dates
- 2tbsp peanut butter
- 2tbsp flaked almonds
- 10 dark chocolate beads (chopped)
- 2tbsp desiccated coconut
Place the coconut onto a plate and set aside
Add the dates to a bowl, use a fork or your hands to soften
Add the peanut butter, almonds and chocolate to the bowl and use your hands to mash everything together
Wet your hands with cold water, take a portion of the mix and press to form a ball
Roll the ball in the coconut to coat
Store in an airtight container
